• Completed Client Intake Form
  • New Client Intake Form – Business
  • New Client Intake Form – Individual
• Any Company Organizational Materials
• Any relevant materials regarding why you are needing a consultation

After you schedule your consultation with us, you need to pay the consultation fee.  We accept debit and credit cards payments. Cash, certified check, and money order are ONLY available for approved cases.

Fees for Consultation:  In person consultations are $100. Phone consultations are $50.

**Fees not paid more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a cancelled consultation appointment, unless otherwise arranged.

Consultations last for thirty (30) minutes. If you feel you need more time, please let us know at the time you arrange the consultation. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee you will have more time. 

NOTE: Consultations do not ensure an attorney-client relationship. Representation is only established through a signed retainer agreement.
