About Diane

Diane has been practicing small business and nonprofit law for over 6 years. She also has extensive corporate experience, including experience with Fortune 500 companies. Past corporate experience includes: Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate, Employment, Litigation, Compliance, and Distribution. Diane has over 10 years of experience working with contracts and companies to efficiently reach their goals.

Diane’s experience extends into criminal, family, and estate planning. She was a public defender for 2 years, and practiced family and estate law for 4 years. Diane still works in landlord/tenant law and does pro bono working with domestic violence survivors, which is a passion project for her.

Diane is a graduate of Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky. There, she worked as a student clinician in the Chase Small Business and Non-profit Clinic, as well as working with faculty on Employment Law Continuing Legal Education materials.  Before attending law school, she acquired her B.A. from Bellarmine University, after attending Boston University’s School of Management.  In addition to running her practice, she also runs her consulting firm, Haag Strategies, LLC.

Diane is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, and the Northern and Southern Federal Districts of Indiana.
